I’ve ordered refurbished items from Amazon before and they’re fairly new most of the time, when I see scratch and dent on woot is it actually going to have scratches and Dents? It’s one thing having scratches and a little dent but it’s another if the dent is the size of a baseball or a dent that’s going to hinder the performance of the product. Here’s an idea, woot should provide pictures of the scratch and dent, what do Y’all think?

Specific condition can vary from one unit to the next.

(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)
