The product description does not vary much between Intenso and Gusto Dolce:
- both intense and syrupy
- both hint of acid
- one hint of bitter cacao, other bitter cocoa.
Wow, the game of bitter cacao vs. cocoa!
Nor does the description mention Arabica or robusto beans, tho roasters who advertise lower acid and chocolate notes often do so with robusto. After going to their website, the answer is supposedly 100% Arabica.
I’ve got the Dolce and wanted to try the Intenso, but marketing has not sold me.
