Hi there. Are you selecting a size & color first?
Are you trying to use an AMEX benefit? If so, you have to use their URL. And could you respond, pls? I’ve asked this of about 6 people and nobody has replied. It’s hard to track down an issue with no information. 
I bought the long one without any problems.
