Hello I got two orders I need help with and I can’t do email due my father can’t get into my mothers email (she passed away and he didn’t keep her email password and I already tried reach out to Microsoft and they wasn’t any help)
I’ve been checking over and over for days for phone # button to not be grayed out bout doesn’t ever seem to be up regardless of time or day
I tried doing email thing then with “MY” email listed saying “plz reply at this email” but yet get reply
So if anyone can either give me the #, tell me “when” the button does work or if someone here can help

I’m sorry to hear about your mother 
. I think they’ve had trouble with the phone for awhile now so email is the way to go. The instructions here should help you change the email on the account so you can get the help you’re looking for.
I have had success with the contact form (but you’ll have to get the account email updated first).

Problem with this is using amazon account/prime that is linked to the email will even let me change it only on woot end while not messing with the amazon account?

If you update the email address on your account as per the linked instructions (you’ll want this section), you can still log into the account via the old Amazon account, though emails would go to the new email address on the account.

Uh well looking at this I used the amazon log in as I said so for “Full Name: the name on the account” am guessing it would of just used her name from amazon for the woot account?
I don’t recall it asking input anything when logging in with amazon nor see anywhere about name attached to the account on the woot account
