Be careful with this stuff, it’s made with konjac root - it’s undigestible, why it’s low cal, so it makes you feel full but if you eat too much it can cause problems (search for it). I’ve eaten other konjac products, more common in Asian dishes, in a fish stew or as a snack but never as a whole meal.
The label on this is a bit odd. Fiber is a sub category of carbs. You can’t have 2g fiber while having 0g carbs.

Anyways, this is 0g net carbs and can satisfy a pasta craving for someone that doesn’t eat carbs or is keto. Generally, you would want to rinse it very thoroughly, then squeeze the water and lightly fry to help dry it a little. Combine with sauce, and if you prefer meat, of choice.
2g of fiber seems awful low for something that says it fills you up so much, and yeah, the carbs 0 is weird. I dunno that I trust this label. The rice doesn’t have a pic with the nutrition label.
