I took a BIG gamble here and bought the Cal-King version.
If this purchase goes bad. I may be done with Woot…which would be a shame. I have called Woot home since Tuesday, March 08, 2005 , and 85 woots purchased.
You can use the mattress on a standard box spring, or on a platform, either works great.
I have mine on a box spring.
Meaning you want to keep that $5 to pad your profit margin despite the fact that you are an amazon company, not just some sellers who has to pay amazon extra to take part in prime. Not very customer friendly
We’re actually treated like a 3rd party because we’re an independent subsidiary. We have to pay for everything we do with Amazon from warehouse space, picking, receiving, etc. We would have to pay for the Prime benefit.

In for a King. Got a shipping noticed and tracking number, but still not updated at Fedex site. Can’t wait to try this thing out.
I am in the same boat, got tracking # but looks like it has not left facility yet =( Need this mattress by Thursday morning to take to my cabin for thanksgiving
Hey all. Just a reminder that the shipping said that it would ship out in 3-5 business days. Today is the 3rd business day so hang tight for a bit longer.

The shipping on this has been extremely odd compared to anything else I have ordered from Woot spanning 152 orders.
The tracking number Woot has supplied me shows that they sent shipping info to FedEx on November 5th. It is in the same state still.
FedEx Delivery Manager not only shows that tracking number, but two additional tracking numbers from the same shipper. That are NOT displayed anywhere on Woot, and I would have no idea they existed if I did not check the delivery manager. The second tracking number also shows a Ship Date of 11/5/2014 and “Shipment information sent to FedEx; Please check back later.”
The third tracking number is the only one that is being updated. With a ship date of 11/06/2014 “Departed FedEx location; KERNERSVILLE, NC”
The first two tracking numbers which appear to not even really be anything being shipped had an estimated delivery of 11/11/2014, and the third one is estimated to deliver 11/13/2014.
It looks like they told FedEx when I ordered the Mattress they are shipping it. Forgot they told FedEx. Told FedEx a second time, with a entirely new tracking number that they are shipping it. Then the following day went whoops, we forgot again. Better create a third shipping number and let FedEx know again. Then they actually shipped it the third time. All the while Woot is only listing and tracking the first number, that they never actually shipped. Hahaha.
I fully expect to receive it as I have never had an issue with that, it is just tracking this time has been super weird.
I only see one tracking number at this end. The vendor sends us the tracking numbers as soon as they’re created so we can get them uploaded. Then they start the chore of filling all the orders. This can take a few days. It should get picked up soon.
Then it is most likely the vendor that messed up with the three different tracking numbers. The third one, which is not listed on Woot has shipped and is scheduled to arrive Thursday.
I ordered on Nov 5th, and I’m in Dayton,OH

The instructions for the mattress say that it needs to be opened up in open space and it’ll take 72 hrs to come to its original size. Does that mean that the mattress cannot be used till that time?
Most of what I read previously says it can take that long to get to full size, but I am fairly sure the vendor rep said you could still sleep on it.
I didn’t even get any kind of instructions or materials at all.
