Has anyone actually received their order of this? I placed 2 orders to 2 different addresses and still haven’t received them, despite both having tracking numbers marked delivered. Contacted USPS and the tracking numbers on my orders aren’t even to my address, or my daughter’s. Woot messed up and gave me someone else’s tracking numbers.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Same thing happened to me. Someone in my city received a bunch of Cerave as Woot screwed up the address. My post office confirmed as much. Woot refunded me but I’m bummed at the situation and they they sold out of the product as well.
The same here - Ordered twice, the first shipment went to a town 125 miles from here and, when entered into USPS’s Informed Tracking (wasn’t automatically there), it said the shipment originated with Esty!
The second (replacement) order was done a day later because Woot Customer Service wrote “we are unable to create a replacement at this time” (even tho I could!) and ‘arrived’ on Friday. Again, no Informed Delivery and Woot by email notified me 2 days later, on Sunday that it had shipped and arrived. We received no packages Friday. AND looking at the tracking info, it was shipped a day before I even reordered it! Precognition!! The second label was created 33 minutes before Woot knew I didn’t get the first one!!!

Oh, I am so glad I am not the only one! I have ordered several things from Woot since this order and they have all arrived! This one was marked as ‘delivered’ on the 8th, it’s now the 12th and I have yet to see it. I reached out to the Post Office and to Woot, hope I hear back from Woot soon!
Did they ever even have this product or are they just sending tracking numbers for other people’s orders to make it look like they shipped this product? Wtf is going on here?!
Wow what a coincidence - me too! It showed marked as delivered by USPS but didn’t show up. Woot quickly issued a refund, but I’m afraid to try to order again.
Same thing has happened to me! It says delivered and I never received the items. I called USPS and it was delivered to a P.O. BOX that I don’t even have. So some random person received my items
