These are literally men’s hoodies in men’s sizes. The tags on the product say active wear for men and men’s fitness apparel. It’s not right to say they are women’s loose fit jackets when they are just in men’s sizes. I ordered medium for a medium sized woman but I should have ordered a small. There goes my Christmas present.

I have another zip-front hoodie that I ordered from woot in a men’s size large that I wear and it fits me loosely, which I like. I’m a man. I always wear men’s size large or extra-large for casual sweats or t-shirts.
(I will add that the men’s size large hoodie that I bought from Woot has the zipper pull on the wrong side for a man. My men’s zippered sweatshirt hoodie from woot has the zipper pull on the left side which is definitely wrong for a man. Traditionally a men’s zipper always pulls on the right side and a women’s zipper pulls on the left side. So these Chinese manufacturers are a little confused about what is a man and what is a woman when it comes to clothing, I think.) These allegedly women’s hoodies zip on the right side like a man’s hoodie would. I realize that women’s clothing may zip or button on either side these days (I don’t really have a lot of experience with women’s clothing) but a man’s is always on the right. I checked some women’s coats and they all zip on the left which is the opposite of the men’s coats.
I ordered this women’s medium Sherpa lined zip front hoodie pair to give as a gift to a medium-sized woman for Christmas. After receiving them with the two tags on each of them that say that it’s a men’s hoodie, I tried it on and it fit me ok. As a man who wears sweatshirts loosely I would probably take a size large to have a looser fit but the medium fit me okay in this allegedly women’s hoodie that zippers on the right like a man’s hoodie.
After I posted the comment above yesterday, they changed the item title and added the word “Oversize” to it. You can see that this conversation thread does not have that word in it. My order confirmation emails did not have that word in them. Thank me.
For all practical purposes these are in men’s sizes and you should order a size smaller or two for a woman, unless she is an oversized woman.
