5 hour quick charge for a 35 minute run? I dunno. That’s a long time to charge.
Yeah, no - run away…
Notice they mention (once?) using an external power cord. A 2000 mAh battery is incredibly undersized for a vacuum cleaner with a floor-level beater-bar and (excessive) LED lighting.
What’s manufacturer’s warranty
Morning. this has
Warranty: 90 Day Woot Limited Warranty
I bought this from Walmart a year ago. I’d say it probably only holds enough charge for 20 minutes. I use it on vinyl flooring and it is definitely not meant for plush carpeting. I didn’t buy it to vacuum carpets because just looking at it you can tell it’s not meant for anything heavy duty. It picks up cheerios and cat kibble easily. It’s not a life changer but I got it so that I didn’t have to deal with cat hair flying everywhere while sweeping and a dustpan. For a small home at this price it’s worth it.
We got one like this on Woot about a year ago. Neat concept, but within a few months of very light use, we are lucky to get 5 minutes of vacuuming before the battery is dead. I don’t think it’s worth it and just becomes landfill fodder, which the planet does not need.
I purchased this on Amazon in mid 2019, It was alright, lightweight, sucked up dirt. I have cats and some area rugs, nothing too thick and it couldn’t quite get the job done. By 2020, it required a recharge for about every 5-10 minutes of runtime, basically between rooms. Today if you unplug it and hit the on button it dies instantly. I cant find replacement batteries anywhere. Might be a fun project to rebuild the battery but for now it’s just taking up space.
I would not recommend this product. If you want a good stick vac, don’t cheap out, wait a couple extra months or whatever and get a well rated name brand.
Forsure a I love my Dyson but i would still be happy with a ninja anything in the price range between the 2 are worth it in the long run
I actually came here to see what everone is discussing about this here vacuum. We actually own this exact model. I bought it from Walmart and use it regularly in between the many others we have. As, with all cordfree vacuums its best to not keep the lithium battery plugged in once its fully charged. (Manufacturers will not tell you this We have had it for over a year and still runs like it did day one. Other than where the placement of the power button as well as needing a bigger hair compartment no complaints. Neither are a deal breaker for us as if they were we still wouldn’t be using it.
So apparently Im a rare breed as many have come here to complain how it just doesn’t pick up yet I can assure you it sucks up pet hair easily especially on max setting. Oh also one other thing it does not have a washable air filter therefore I brush it out either before or after using. This all depends on if I used it last or the wife who can’t seem to find the way to remove the air filter. Manufacturer does give you a replacement when that time comes. Im just trying to surpass the life cycle of such filter. Overall great purchase and experience. I would buy another if I felt the need. Yes, having to constantly clean that air filter makes me bitter however we know its definitely working strong by seeing the amount of dander that its trapping.
As, you can see wife used it last.
Now, its clean as I can get it in 5 minutes.
Same Walmart with a much longer warranty and its likely already surpassed warranty. With regular cleaning meaning “every time you use it” the air filter within the debris compartment needs to be cleaned. For some that might be a pain and well yes it is however it works more effectively when its able to cycle air freely. Also, adding unplugging lithium battery once fully completing charge will extend battery life. This is proven to lower battery swelling occurrences which would normally cause battery failures therefore lower optimum performances.
