how are these “Non Slip”?
Stainless steel IS Bpa free. Glass?

Very confusing deasciptions
I have these and use them very frequently. Not sure I understand the non-slip thing either but the best is the stacking design that takes up so little room for so many bowls.
When I make homemade chocolate mousse, I use most of them as each step requires a different bowl, and there is a perfect size for each ingredient. And, they are lightweight.
They clean up easily and have lasted years!
Highly recommended!
Did I mention that they are a great price too?

Despite having a set, I got another. No “non-slip” feature 
The bonus measuring spoon set is kinda frail.
