Did anyone else’s order get cancelled? I bought prime exclusively so I could purchase this.

Yes, calling BS on this. I sold the old sofa to make room for this one that was supposed to arrive Fri 3/14 and now I get an email notification on 3/17 that my order is cancelled with no further explanation. Sorry, but my money back doesn’t make it all better.
Omg. That is awful. What was the price of the couch they cancelled? Just curious since i cant see it now

1st order: Order Date: Jan 7, 2025 , The original order was not delivered, when reached out to customer service, they ordered a replacement. When again complained the customer service that the replacement was also not delivered, I was told no stock and the order was cancelled.
2nd order: Order Date: Jan 28, 2025 , The original order was not delivered, when reached out to customer service, they ordered a replacement. When again complained the customer service that the replacement was also not delivered, I was told no stock and the order was cancelled.
3rd order: Order Date: Mar 2, 2025, The original order was not delivered, when reached out to customer service, they ordered a replacement. When again complained the customer service that the replacement was also not delivered, I was told no stock and the order was cancelled.
I’m sorry about the poor experience. Looks like Amazon just won’t ship these so we’ve given the inventory back to them.
They can put it with the poison dart frog models they never sent. Darn Amazon.
It was $600, whereas amazon has it listed for $1500… wonder why they wouldn’t do it 
Woot has become a scam site. We ordered this twice on the 1st day of the deal became available on Woot. both got cancelled after they held our money for 4 weeks.
We are staying away from these scam sites at this point.
