Do these devices have " ads and Special Offers" enabled on them?
I have bought two of these in the past few months. Both were ad free. I would assume that all are this way, but I am making no guarantee.

We can’t guarantee that. It can vary unit to unit based on the previous owner. I’m told by many wooters though that the ads are not intrusive - on the lock screen for example.
