It looks very thick.

That’s what she said! Sorry, had to. A buddy has the 75” of this tv, besides the viewing angles looking quite washed and dull it’s a decent tv for the price.

Bought the 55" Omni “NEW” pre prime days for $299. Soooo, not a deal!

I bought the 65" (and other assorted size) Omni pre prime for $499 and I love it (it is the only one I have setup atm).

Setup is incredibly easy. The are lightweight - I can easily pick it up. I was setting up a 55" last night completely exhausted and lifting it was easy.

Having voice control is fantastic (Alexa and I battle over what terms she knows and what she should know and what I want her to know - Alexa wins), no more searching for wth the remote is. Imo the picture is great - I have watched several movies I have seen before and saw details that I didn’t know existed.

A f(x) I personally really like is being able to turn the closed captioning on and off by voice - no searching around in settings. I also like being able to pause the show and turn the tv off with a quick Hey Alexa.

There are plenty of features I have no idea how to use - maybe someday …

I would recommend

Glad to hear! I bought the 65" during Prime Day. Unfortunately they said it won’t arrive until August.

I  Woot! They need to compare today’s proces on Amazon site or it’s apples to oranges.
Since I’m here, my question is, ( and i know this isn’t its technically correct asking place, so save it ppl) what happened to the “share” button on product pages?

App glitch. I have a ticket into the devs but it hasn’t been fixed yet. :sob:

does it support airplay? (apple)

Anyone know the specs of the Ethernet port? Amazon typically likes to use just 100 Mbps ports on their Fire products instead of 1000 Mbps ports

I think you will be happy with it. By no means am I a tv expert, but I think it was definitely worth the money.

I actually bought a different brand 75" for downstairs, but I think I may put the other 65" I bought there instead - I think it may be easier for my to just have one type of tv to learn how to use.

Hi there. People in the Q&A section of the Amazon page say that it does.

I want this for a vacation rental home. will this work if I don’t use a Alexa/Amazon account. I don’t want to pay extra for Alexa guest services. Anyone know?

Hi there. There’s a lot of info in the Q&A section here:

Best as I can tell, you can turn off the Alexa function but you would have to have an account to use the Alexa features.

I found the answer to my question. If anyone else was wondering, the Ethernet port on this TV is, unfortunately, a 100 Mbps port and not a gigabit port.

Thank you. Unfortunately it sold out. Will keep checking.

Just got mine today and hooked it up, and I would recommend buying it new in the future. One of the corners of the screen is chipped, and in the top center of the screen there is a noticeable issue with the screen. There’s a 3 x 2 inch bend of lighter color at the top of the screen that is distorted. Probably due to it being a refurb, but I’ll take it up with them. Not worth saving $100 to go with a refurb in the future.
