I just moved to a new house and changed all my billing and ship to information on Amazon and on my Store Card, but Woot won’t allow me to use my Store Card when I ship to the new address. Other Addresses work, but not the new one. Anyone else have trouble with this?
We don’t accept the Amazon Store Card directly but you can set it up as a payment method for Amazon Pay, I believe. You would do that via your Amazon wallet.

When I log in with my Amazon credentials, I can ship any of my Woot! orders to any of the addresses within my Amazon address book, but only some of the addresses allow me to use my Amazon Store Card as a method of payment within the Woot!/Amazon interface. When I purchase things on Amazon, I use my Store Card at all the addresses in my address book. I don’t understand why my wallet only allows certain methods of payment for certain addresses on Woot! and not anywhere else.
I don’t understand it either. Amazon owns all that code - authentication, wallet, address book, etc.
I’ll ask but not sure how fast I’ll hear back.

I just got an email from “Jack” regarding this issue. I just wanted to double check that was someone from woot before I relay any personal info to them.
Yes, it is. I asked him to email you to keep your information private. Amazon is asking for the info to help in their research.
