In case repair was done on these, I would imagine the parts would be replaced with all original Apple parts, correct?
I thought I heard something like, for refur/reconditioned items, manufacturers aren’t subjected to use original parts.
Not sure if this is true… but I’m afraid that some would have replacement parts with some generic parts… not Apple’s original parts…

Bc generic parts can work pretty well, until it breaks(usually sooner)…

How does getting apple care work? Does offer pop up on laptop?
Also on other thread people report no solution by apple or woot in a limited number of cases when warranty is incorrectly applied too early. What happens then?
I know it’s petty but this $6 shipping fee is stopping me from a $1700 laptop and looking at apple edu for next day. Choices choices. Used is about $500 -$800 cheaper but older but 2021 and new one seem about the same.

You buy AppleCare from Apple directly.
As to the warranty, in most cases, Apple will adjust the date if you reach out to them. If they won’t do that, reach out to Woot customer service.
Does this have a mag-safe port? I don’t see it listed but I think these computers have it?

Reach out to Woot! Customer Service for some options. . To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
