Received my iphone 12 mini and it seems to work fine. Cosmetically, it’s pretty beat up, with many dents and scratches to the case. Disappointed in the appearance. I would think that “Grade A” would have a higher standard.

yup, same here. I bought two, the purple one was okay, the green one had sharp aluminium body due to dent. almost cut myself. giving it to my in-laws, so i am keeping both 
Wow I think they mean Grade A beat up… Mine was in awful condition AND I got sent the wrong color. I ordered blue and got purple!! Starting a return now…
Grade A refurbished is subjective as I don’t think there’s any agreed upon standard as to what that term means. Pretty sure it’s just a meaningless phrase resellers throw in to make it sound like you are getting a quality item.
However Woot specifically states “ These items have been inspected and guaranteed to have minimal cosmetic damage, which is not noticeable when the device is held at arm’s length”
Doesn’t sound like you or the others posting received items in the promised condition. Definitely send them back unless you are in dire need of a phone. Hopefully if enough people return and companies have to eat the shipping charges they will be more careful about what they ship out.
My experience was fairly positive. I purchased the green one and it has minor scratches but that is expected on any refurbished model. The battery was at 81% though the Grade A suggested a minimum of 85%. The packet came with a charger, charging wire and a SIM card slot opener. The delivery also happened very quickly. Given that the phone is good cosmetically and apple consider battery health upwards of 80% as good, I may keep this phone.
