Are these the model with a physical sim card or esim only? (NVM just read the spec sheet no physical sim)

Yet they sent me a SIM tray removal pin (when there is no physical SIM tray) and a cheap Apple Lightning cable (when it requires a Type C data/charging cable).

CS won’t have the parts you need, but you should contact them and let them know there’s a mix-up. It wouldn’t hurt to ask for a partial refund so you can purchase the right cord.
