Why no size zero in the drop down menu?
We were unable to obtain inventory in that size. Sorry.
The picture shows the 2024 pride braided solo loop band, but I received the 2021 pride braided solo loop band (which has a more subdued color scheme). Was this a fluke, or is the product image incorrect?
I’d just like to add that I also received the pride band from 2021 and not what is pictured.

I can confirm. I already had a 21 pride band so it’s a bummer
We’re pretty sure it’s not a fluke. Looks like we might have had the wrong product image up. We’re asking the vendor to confirm with images from their stock, but probably won’t hear back until Monday. Feel free to return the one you got if you don’t like it, but please don’t ask for a replacement, as it will be the same color scheme as was deliver the first time.
Is it possible to exchange for another color? I would really want to keep the 15% discount but another color
Hi there. We’re not set up to do exchanges but you can return it by contact customer service.
I bought it and it’s not the 2024 band, and I can’t return it because I’m not in the US right now. I already have that band since 2021. This is a bummer.
Hello. Go ahead and reach out to customer service as noted above.
Sizing info. FWIW, I used a tailor’s measuring tape to size my wrist, and it “sort of” worked. The Straight Solo Loop (stretchable rubber) fits about right for size 8, but the Braided Solo Loop (red) is snug. Using the Apple sizing tool, I measure a 8 verging on 9. A 9 seems kind of loose. Apple suggests you tighten it so the sizing tool is NOT loose.
So what’s the deal? The Solo Loops are quite pliable, and about as long as an OEM strap that I wear snug but comfortably on the fourth hole. The Solo Loop stretches really easily to match a correctly sized sport strap or Sport Loop. The Braided Solo Loops, out of the box, are a few MMs shorter, and do NOT stretch as easily. So I have to really pull on a Size 8 Braided Solo Loop to make it match a properly sized strap. I duplicated these tests with an Apple Leather Link strap set to my usual length — same results.
So my strong suggestion is to print out, trim cut, and use the Apple sizing tool. Worth the time and single sheet of paper. (Use thick stock if you have it.)
UPDATE: size 9 fits me more comfortably. Oddly, people on Reddit recommend buying the Braided Solo Loop one size smaller, and I went one size larger.
