This is stupid. Either they have the length I need, size 10, but not the width, 41mm, or they have the width I need, but not the length.
What is the difference between white & white 1? It’s the same pic for both options.
No difference. We have inventory in different SKUs and our stupid system doesn’t let us combine the inventory so we have to do stupid stuff like this.
Is “midnight” black or blue?
How does the model grouping work? They are in batches (38,40,41,42) and you can’t specify the exact model. So, do all of the bands for a given batch fit each model within the batch or are there specific bands per model?
Hello. It’s the case sizes it’ll fit. From the features:
- 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm bands are compatible with 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm case sizes.
- 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, 49mm bands are compatible with 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, 49mm case sizes.
Well…I ordered the Starlight Solo Loop in size 7 for the Apple Watch Ultra, but received the Starlight Solo Loop in size 5 for the Apple Watch Ultra. Somebody didn’t double check what they were packaging before they shipped it. The padded envelope was also opened when I received it. I know this is Woot, but Quality Assurance needs to be addressed!
Hello. These shipped from our vendors. I’ll pass this on. TY.
I ordered a size 5 and the packaging says size 5, but this feels like it’s a 6. It’s looser than my other size 5 bands that I actually bought from Apple. I hate a band that lets my watch slide around my wrist.
Hello. If you’re unhappy with it, reach out to customer service.
Are these real Apple product or knockoffs?
Given the price it must be fake but maybe I am surprised.
ChatGPT is saying that the 42 model should be with the higher numbers. Can anyone confirm which is correct
Hello. These are authentic Apple product. We’ve sold them a few times before with no complaints.
Here’s what Apple says:
Many many photos from Wooters prove they’re genuine. Like the one I got Wednesday.
They are real and fabulous
I own it and it’s a very dark slate blue. It can be passed off as black in some light. If you hold it next to something black, you can see the difference.
