AQUAGLIDE KAYAK CHINOOK 100 PUMP 2 Person

AQUAGLIDE KAYAK CHINOOK 100 PUMP 2 Person

I’m a heavier guy and when set up for one person this kayak works great for me. It is very simple to set up, easy to store, and a breeze to move around to launch and land. On the water it performs reasonably well for what it is (you have to realize and accept that an inflatable kayak will never be like a hard-shell), but frankly where this one really shines is in it’s value. For years this inflatable kayak sold in the range of $300-$500 so at the Woot price it is a real steal.

Inflatable kayaks offer some solid benefits for the occasional user - lightweight and easy to store being the top two. The downfall as compared to a hard shell hull being the amount of time and effort required to set it up (inflate it) before you can use it and then spending additional time after you rinse it off waiting for it to dry thoroughly before you can deflate and store it (never put it away wet unless you like both the feel and aroma of mold!). The valves can be a little tricky to use but are completely functional. The included pump even has a pressure gauge which was an unexpected but nice feature.

Although this model is being discontinued, with the Chinook series you are getting something much superior than the typical over-hyped pool floaties that are the other inflatable kayaks in this price range.

My previous order has said ‘Ready for UPS’ since 07/25/2024, don’t know if I should cancel and reorder or what??
