VERY firm. First thing you should do when ypu get it is to fluff it aggressively. Seriously, beat the crap outta it. Really good for sitting up in bed, though.

Eh, they’re not THAT firm. Certainly not super uncomfortable. Quite the opposite, actually. To me, they’re the perfect balance of soft, firm and supportive. Compared to some other “down alternative” pillows I’ve bought off Woot that are so soft and airy that they flatten down to nearly nothing, these are great. Personally, the best pillows I’ve ever bought. I think I bought these as a 2-pack for cheaper before though or else I’d jump all over this deal…
Judging from the logos in the picture that appears to be the same one. If so i’m pretty sure they just shred up what ever left over foam they have laying around and shove it in this pillow. So buy at your own risk.
These are pretty stiff pillows. Can’t say I like mine. Wish it gave a bit more when you put your head on it. Thought about ripping it open and pulling out some of the padding but having to restitch the thing has relegated it to the guest bedroom instead. Beware the perils of buying pillows from cute girls at the mall.
I’ve been using these pillows for years and I absolutely love them. They stay cool and maintain their shape and form. You can wash them and run them through the dryer to freshen them up from time to time. Honestly my favorite pillow ever.
I bought a couple of these on Woot previously. Agree with other comments that they’re VERY firm (and thick). They put my neck at an uncomfortable angle. Also, they had an odd “new carpet” smell for the first couple months.
I love mine too, first Night best sleep in Years as well as thereafter but mine are losing their firmness, any solution? I’ve had since April and by June they were losing their firmness, any suggestions?
These pillows are firm but super comfortable if you are a two pillow sleeper! I use one of these for support and then a flat one I can fold and tuck for support. Fantastic for watching tv and propping up in bed as well.
I bought one from Kmart a few months back. These are firm pillows so keep that in mind when buying. I suspect they just might be overstuffed is all and think it might be possible to remove some of the shredded foam to make for a softer less thick pillow. It was too firm for my head but found it made an excellent pillow for abdominal support when side sleeping. It is normal for memory foam to have an odor at first. Let it air for a few days out of the plastic cover before use if this is an issue. Mine was odor free.
Think I bought four of these about 2 years ago. Was looking for a firmer pillow that didn’t break down after a month or two. These are very, very firm. Not ideal for a ‘stomach sleeper’, but. I was down a dog bed this past X-mas (guests) and had an old carhartt shell from my dogs old bed. Anyway, emptied 4 pillows worth of stuffing and made the most comfortable dog bed ever. Pain to empty and wash though.
My new bamboo pillow came yesterday and I was so excited, but I knew I was in trouble when I felt the thing - it weighs about 10 pounds.
I’m writing to add my confirmation that it’s too firm and way too tall for me. I’m going to try taking out some stuffing and see how it goes, but my advice is to take all of these “too firm” comments seriously.
I stayed in a hotel once that had "My Pillow"s on the beds and they sold them in the lobby for $100 or $150 apiece - I was NOT expecting that, but I WAS expecting something like a Chinese knockoff.
My Pillows are big and puffy and really are a good pillow. A My Pillow feels like your head is in a cloud and this thing feels more like sleeping on a side of beef.
This is a great pillow I have a cool pillow and this bamboo memory foam is ten times better then the cool pillow and the price what a deal. When I can order these pillows again I will buy three of them. Bear Kyle
