Did everyone receive the product? I’ve been waiting since August 16th. I see a UPS label was created, but the product never shipped. I’ve noticed a similar trend lately with my purchases here. Anyone else?
Um, you need to contact CS. It could be that the shipper hasn’t updated the tracking and it’ll magically appear.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
