I purchased the Barely Buzzed cheese at a fancy cheese shop for substantially more per pound. It is one of the most interesting cheddars I have ever had and I love interesting cheeses. It was a HUGE hit at the dinner party I went to. If you like cheese you will love this one!
Recommended serving tip: Cut into blocks put them all in a plastic bag and shake. It will distribute the coffee lavender to all of the pieces. But expect the end pieces to be gone first
