So, you are trying to sell a bike to cyclists after making a blatant derogatory statement against them. Where in the PR handbook does bash your consumer come up as a good idea?

Agree w/ above. Someone doesn’t know enough about marketing to have their job. Even if I wanted the bike, I wouldn’t buy it after reading those snide remarks about cyclist.

If the “Open Letter to Cyclists” was meant to be humor, it misses the mark by miles. If it’s not, you just lost a customer.

Wow, so much butt hurt here. I’m a cyclist; I’ve been yelled at, gotten stuff thrown at me, t-boned a car, hit a bus and I still think the write-up was funny. Geez, what ever happened to laughing at yourself?

This bike performs well, but takes some significant modifications to be a fit for a shorter rider. If we would have, know this going in we would have selected a different bike.
