FYI. This system comes with either 2 or 4 resistance bands.
This specific offer is the 2 band package so it’s limited on how much resistance you can have.
I’d say this appears to be a good system if you are getting started but I am personally not a good candidate. I need to go to the gym for motivation.
The idea that this somehow replaces a smith rack is complete clownshoes. A number of the showcased exercises do the absolute opposite of intended maximal stress when using resistance bands, probably most egregious being the “most popular squatting bar”. Yes, some exercise is better than none and resistance bands have a place, but you are honestly probably better off focusing on free calisthenics with proper form than this plastic gimic.
