Tried finding info on the company. It looks like they went dark in october 2020 as that was their last FB post Their site is showing a 403 error.
I guess this is reflected on the price.
I’d say that’s accurate for what this offers.
Problem with a lot of the exercises this thing is showing is that you hit max resistance at the top of the movement, which is usually the least challenging part. It’s the overarching trend with any band style workout, but they do have their place. While any fitness is better than none, trying to claim that this will somehow replace a power rack and free weights is completely false.
Although it’d make a good starter set and it’s probably compatible with more resistance band makers, which would give you quite a bit of flexibility to move up past the 70 pounds they claim their bands give. I’m going to give it a shot and see if it works with my bands, which go up to 120 (240 total).
Resistance bands are great for people that don’t need to be buff but just want to get or stay in shape. I like that they encourage smooth movement during the exercises.
I’m quite satisfied with my 1 pack.
I applaud your commitment to fitness, but I really advocate for a balanced practice also involving free weights. Bands are really great for encouraging the use of stabilizers, but it’s also important to simulate something closer to something you might be doing in real life. The good morning exercise this thing is showing is the complete opposite stresses of functionality trying to lean over to pick something up.
