Just received these and happily opened one only to be disappointed by a hard as rock ball which will NOT break apart so you can’t “Burst then Enjoy” like the packaging says. It is covered in light, dusty mess that indicates it has been melted and now is stale and hard. I tried squeezing it and pulling on it and it won’t separate into segments. I need to get my hammer.

I opened the other 5 and, to be fair, 2 of them looked almost normal with just some white lines all over. Two others were like the first and the last one was in the middle. But none of them will separate into segments. Read: they’ve been melted. 
I’m totally disappointed as my chocolate/caramel/sea salt craving is unquenched. LOL
So more like rocks than balls? I’m sorry. Salted caramel is the best. 
I see they’re sold out, but just an FYI that I received a replacement box and the 2 balls I’ve opened are just great. The balls break apart like they should and no sign of chalkiness. Thanks WOOT! for your fantastic customer service!
