@ThunderThighs… The picture showing the size is the same for this 5-quart pot as the 6-quart one… that seems like one of them is probably wrong?

Good size for most toaster ovens for the holiday big meals or cooking outside during hot summer months.
It seems unlikely that a 5 quart and a 6 quart pot have exactly the same dimensions… One of the two listings seems likely to be wrong (but since these photos look like they’re stock from the manufacturer, probably they don’t know either?):

Well, I tried ordering one of each so I could see… But they shipped the wrong item for the Red 5 qt one… Instead they delivered a white, shallow 5 qt pot. /annoyed.

I sent a message yesterday, and another today… still haven’t heard back from CS… What’s the best way to get in touch with them?
Through the support from. It’s a busy time right now so please give them 24-48h to respond. Sending multiple contacts runs the risk of all being canceled as duplicates.
It would be super awesome if there was anywhere to see where the contacts happened. I never got a confirmation email or anything, so I wasn’t even sure if they actually got sent.
Yeah, our system doesn’t do that. Maybe we’ll get a new system some day year.
They finally came through, Thanks!!! There were none of the red pot left, so no exchange and I cannot answer the question about which picture was wrong though.
