I ordered the off white color and was shipped this turquoise color. That wasn’t even an option when ordering. Does woot have the color options incorrect??

Make sure you contact customer service. They’ll have some options for you. Here’s the blurb.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Same thing happened to me but Christmas is right around the corner so I’m not sure it would arrive in time.

I literally just wrote customer service because this happened to me too! But I’m not sure if a replacement would be here in time for Christmas for my toddler. I screenshot the color options because the color I received (identical to yours) was not an option on my screen either. I chose the tan geyser color. Looks like it’s not just me it’s happening to, so I’d definitely reach out to them.

Update: they did send an email that they issued a refund for 1, even though I ordered 2. But it’s ok, I think the color will grow on me lol :joy: + my toddler isn’t picky about her jackets at 2. I just wanted to check in to see if anyone else had gotten a response yet?
