Do not purchase, Samsung Galaxy Buds Live Wireless Earbuds my order was delivered today and they are counterfeit. Verified with Samsung.

Are all of the “Samsung Galaxy” earbuds fake? Some of them? How would we tell the difference?

Unknown on affected units, as I’m not staff.

As for how to tell the difference, in the Samsung Wearables app, only the real ones will allow all the features.

  1. These shipped directly from one of our trusted vendors, not Amazon. The Amazon article does not apply.

  2. We’ve sold these many times before without any issues. However, please feel free to reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

  3. Did you try to register them with Samsung? These came with a Woot warranty, not a Samsung warranty.
