Are the pictures showing the wrong one?
“Features” mentions
Two USB charge ports (one Type-A and one Type-C)
But the pics show two Type-A’s.
Also, the pics are not showing the SNMP expansion port in the back.
Thank you. I’m asking the team.
The pictures show only 10 outlets but the specs say 12.
I’m 99% sure the pictured unit is not the same as the model listed. I just want to know if I’m going to get the model listed or the model pictured?
I was also wondering due to this feature:
The screen tilts for easy viewing when the UPS is placed in a low position such as under a desk.
I don’t see any tilting screen.
It looks like CyberPower made the CP1500PFCLCD with 10 outlets and with 12 outlets. I’m assuming the 10 outlet version is an older model. If you Google “CP1500PFCLCD 10 outlet” you will see places like Home Depot selling that version.
The Woot listing seems to have the pictures for the “10 outlet version”, but the “Product Overview” and the “Specs” are for the “12 outlet version”.
UPDATE
Hi there. Our photo is correct (verified with the vendor). It’s an older version of the same model (congrats @videoguy1 on that guess).
The difference is the USB ports and no tilt screen.
The sale is now updated.
If you purchased before this, CS will reach out to you to let you know all of this.
