Were you aware to this before it was potentially not as expected?? Priority padded envelope which wasn’t even sealed so vendor attempted to use it for padding within simple poly mailer. Attempted key word as what arrived has the cleansing shampoo all within the packaging and container/s have absolutely arrived damaged. This will be more trouble than it should have been.
I don’t work for Woot, but I know @ThunderThighs and other staff would definitely recommend contacting support. Sorry it arrived damaged!
I did that as well and was reimbursed…rightfully so not sure what this does to my hands or if I should’ve used gloves upon opening. Lesson learned for the supplier. I’m surprised I was the only one to get it like this. They did ship about 10 orders I believe before it sold out judging by the national sales recorded if that is even accurate these days.
The shampoo will be safe for your hands to touch. As for the supplier, I believe this is a problem with the Amazon warehouse. They are notorious for improperly packaging items. I just received my Woot purchase damaged in a bubble mailer, and then I just received an item I ordered from Amazon damaged inside the box even though the box was fine.
Agreed however this was shipped directly from supplier as I believe Amazon doesn’t use government packaging. During buying honestly, I didn’t have time to read the description just bought it really fast after reading deep clensing hair buildup shampoo. As, for unsented claim I can tell you is very false. It gives off some sort of smell possibly as its derived contents cucumber or such mixed with a soap smell. Take care.
