Are you kidding woot? We pay 30$ for this woot off spending all day long and i got only one item and it’s damaged. Very misleading.
Same happened with me. I emailed customer care and they refunded me 50%. However the one that arrived there was no seal on it, which I’m sure there normally is and the packaging seems subpar making me think perhaps a fake which makes me concerned using it.
Also received only one, also no seal. Product directly from the manufacturer (via the it’s a 10 website) do come with a tamper evident seal/sticker in my experience. Retail product of course does not.
Very much not happy with Woot in this one. It’s clearly an actual issue if multiple people are reporting the same experience of quantity shortage, and can’t be attributed to a simple one-off packing error. Proactive refunds should have been issued.

I did end up using it, will say it does feel like the usual product so my fears of fake probably unfounded.
Likely a machine processing mistake, and no quality controllers seen(or cared about)it.
Got an email this morning that they’re shipping out another bottle to me. Really hoping this one isn’t damaged looking like my first bottle.

Short version: We’re aware you were shorted. We’re sending the second tube shortly.
I just got my 1 of a 2 pack today. Will I be getting another or do I need to contact customer service?

Add me to the list of pissed off customers. Neither shipment included a sealed product. I’ve bought from the manufacturer in the past - this stuff is junk. Second shipment has a badly damaged, half empty, container. I wouldn’t trust this to condition my dog’s hair. And @woot don’t come at me with a 50% refund for a 100% trash product.

Thanks. I submitted through customer service and am awaiting a reply. The outside of the conditioner container is so slimy, that it’s impossible to imagine someone not noticing as it slipped in their grip - add that to the obvious damage… It’s like they just didn’t care and tossed it in the box to get rid of it. That’s not nice.
