Making things even more confusing, the 3190 does not have a touchscreen per Dell: Latitude 3190 11 Inch Laptop for Students | Dell USA

The 3140 is the 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop.

I found this on the mothership: https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Latitude-3190-11-6inch-Gorilla/dp/B07RXH56C5?th=1

Slightly different specs (Celeron 4100 vs 4120 here; 64GB SSD vs 128GB here), but lines up for the most part including the touchscreen. It is possible that Dell no longer offers the 3190 as a 2-in-1 which is why you were unable to find in on their site.

128GB isn’t much to do anything. Be prepared to run out of space quickly.

And don’t get me started on the screen resolution…

Image has been updated. It’s a Dell. Specs are correct.

I picked up two of these the last time they were available. No. They are not super zippy, blazing fast. They are small basic laptops, and mine are touchscreen. I gave one to a family member and he likes it for what he needs (email, simple browsing, streaming movies). He’s not a “power user” so it is perfect for him. If you are a power user and need lots of horsepower, this is not the laptop for you. But if you only need the basics, it may be worth it.

About the refurbished part: The surfaces of the lid, bottom, and surrounding the keyboard (on mine) have a vinyl “sticker” to hide blemishes. I have not removed the vinyl to see how bad the scratches are, and I don’t care because the laptops work.

If a larger drive drive is needed, there are utilities available to move Windows to another drive, but I don’t recommend it unless you know what you’re doing. One could also just use a USB drive to expand storage (what I do).
