Dell 7400 256GB SSD/16GB RAM model is slightly less expensive on the mothership @$286. https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Latitude-7400-Touchscreen-i7-8665U/dp/B0B57LCR74
My everyday carry is currently a 14" Lenovo Carbon X1 with nearly the same performance specs (same RAM, same processor) but mine does not support W11, and these do (October 2025 is not that far away). These also have touchscreen (not important to me, might be to some), but these do not have backlit keyboards (important to me, might not be to some).
All in all, this is a solid price for this hardware in my opinion, as the performance of mine is really good. Refurbs have generally been a positive experience for me through the mothership.
Are the SSDs in these SATA or NVMe?
According to this:

and this:
It’s a NVMe SSD.
Oh, man,…I had to nab this one. For my every day driver this is a solid solid choice. Woot!, you’ve done me good!!!
Is there a way to get an Amazon extended warranty on this?
There’s a link to an Asurion protection plan at the bottom of the features:
Optional Asurion Protection Plan: To further protect your purchase, you can buy an Asurion protection plan from Amazon here. Review the FAQs for additional information.
PS: Pls don’t flag your questions. I’ll get to them as soon as I can on my regular round of checking the forums. Thank you.
Thanks! And I won’t flag my comment again (even though the cheat worked)
I have an issue with the laptop, and the warranty I purchased through Amazon isn’t being honored. I provided all purchase information, and they refused to repair it. Then I contacted Woot! and I was told I’d need to use the warranty I’d purchased from Amazon, as it’s not a Woot! problem. I wasted, if I remember correctly, an extra $56 because I was told I could purchase a warranty from Amazon.
