Didn’t expect this either. As I haven’t gotten any HMs ever, gives me more time to work on my Threadless entries.

And the heart derby- thanks Joel for giving us a WEEK to work on our designs! I have preciously little free design time lately, and this really saves me from my usual Monday entry.

I’d say so. I was sooooo hopeful for Drakxxx, Sundbe, and BootsBoots.

It seems each week I fall in love with a design from Drakxxx and/or BootsBoots, they start strong, linger just outside the fog, and get beat out by something I’m not ever gonna want.

My only hope: the following week of Editor’s Picks.

Even though the designs I like don’t usually win, I enjoy Double Take derbies. It’s nice to vote on Friday and then not have to worry about it again for a week. lol

Can’t say I’m excited about the following Heartbreak derby, though. A design about heartbreak would have to be stunningly fantastic for me to like it.

It’s not that I’m against everything you guys have ever done, I’ve bought a few designs. And I am hoping for your “lust red” design again. I think it’s breathtaking.

I actually wish that too. The only shirt I would have worn from this derby was Worst Date Ever, and it wasn’t close to the fog at all. :frowning:

Oh, no doubt about lapses of judgment there too…but the only shirt I’ve gotten after a Double Take derby was an Editor’s Pick. I have a smidgen of hope left, small as it may be.

Well, I only have a few dogs in this derby and they’re all pretty mangy. That DBH contest looks pretty cool though thanks for posting that.

Your modesty kills me sometimes. I think that ‘Beginning of the End’ stands a good shot, considering it did well and is still fresh in voters’ minds.
