Used several 3 month cards to load 2 years of Ultimate. Microsoft is getting ready to raise prices and this can give you some temporary “immunity.”

Why are they so greedy to raise prices to $20/month. I just want to play Diablo.

Just read today that they plan on dropping the 3yr max stack to 1yr starting in September.

Emailed support cause only one of the three codes I purchased worked. The other two said they were already redeemed for some reason.

If I buy this today and cannot use one of the codes until late next month (August), will support help me if the code doesn’t work at that time?

How long did it take for them to send the codes? Haven’t gotten it yet (it’s been a day)

Why does it take 10 days to get digital code? Shouldn’t those be more or less automatic?

See above. 1-2 business days. Nothing at Woot is automatic. :laughing:

In fairness to the people wondering what’s taking so long, I’ve purchased many digital codes including GamePass codes from a lot of different online retailers (including Woot’s parent company Amazon), and have never waited more than an hour for delivery of the code, usually receiving it in minutes, so it’s definitely unusual to be asked to wait days for a digital code. I ordered a couple of these myself and am still waiting for them as of the writing of this post. It’s the weekend, so I’m waiting for the next business day now. Hopefully the wait won’t be much longer than that.

They’re probably automated where as we have pretty much nothing automated. The vendor has to download the order and then upload the tracking. Then the email gets sent.

We also lost a day to the big ol’ outage as vendors were unable to download orders.

All that said, I’ll ask about these to make sure things are back on track.

That’s one more business day down and nothing yet. Has anyone received their codes yet?

Hello. Vendor had some technical issues that are now resolved. They should be sending us the tracking/codes today. That would mean you’d get them today or tomorrow.
