Heh, I love this idea.
@Ajit31415 - put this on the list!

I have a girl bun.
But not a man one
You don’t want to have to pick it out.
Chapstick…good lord. THIS IS THE MOTHER OF YOUR CHILDREN. At least do some $3 coffee creamer.
Thank God.
Uncle Jeff’s already figured out the logistics/algorithm with the “add on items”…leverage those synergies (and more buzzwords!)
It’s also very on brand…an unexpected something that will get a chuckle and an opportunity to push more limited or Woot branded crap
Speaking of
BRING BACK WOOT CHRISTMAS BOXES
So I don’t have to Christmas shop.
That’s going to be the hard part. Items that are fulfilled by Amazon would be subject to the availability of SOM items at the respective fulfillment center. Some items, like catshirts, are printed and shipped from Woot’s HQ. Then there’s a subset of items that are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer.
Agreed, it could only apply to some orders, like the Amazon add ons.
@Narfcake what S.O.M. items could ship with Shirt.Woot orders? Are there any novelty/swag items which are common in the tee shirt game? (Probably in the $1-2 range)
Another idea…same “add on” concept. A “Mini Crap”. Adds $1 to the prices of applicable orders, ships 1 Crap item.
(private message me so I can get you my w-9 info.)
Better make sure she didn’t hit the January sales like I did.

What do you think this is?!? The old Woot?!?
(Back in the days, crap was individually priced at $1 each, up to 3, plus $5 shipping. Woe was forgetting to increase the quantity before checking out.)
I’m still not over you buying yourself a $15 shirt and requesting a $1 item for your wife. Do you make her ride around in the seat part of the shopping cart and tell her she can have something from the bubble gum machine if she’s good?
WHY NOT BUY HER A TSHIRT TOO?
Ugh. I’m tired. Someone please insert a “free Dobby” comment here.
Hmmmmm. Interesting idea. Let me see what I can do for you.
You’re assuming we can easily integrate with those platforms. ![]()
We don’t have enough breadth of product compared to The Everything Store that their algos are tougher for us to use. Amazon does Amazon well.
I vote we take up a collection and buy flowers for his wife’s next wedding.
Your heart’s in the right place but the reality is that a tee shirt purchased for Mrs. Wootson is likely to invoke more scorn whereas a seasonal chapstick would score some husband points.
*$5.80 shirt (Digital Crap price plus spooky discount code). Come on, I Woot, therefore I never pay full price!

NO! I grocery shop by myself. My weekly Aldi trip (usually on a Thursday or Friday night on the way home from work) is one of my favorite hours of the week. Just a little “me” time, bargain hunting in the the special middle aisle, listening to Prime Music Unlimited. It’s therapeutic.
