It’s not enough that “celebrities” get (over)paid to pretend to be someone else. It’s not enough that people celebrate these “celebrities” that we could absolutely live without. It’s not enough that these “celebrities” think that their worldview and/or opinions are somehow more important than the rest of the populace. They also want us to clap them on the back and give them an award, telling them how great they are?

I did when I was younger. Way too boring now! I used to be able to pick up a People magazine and name every person. Not so much anymore! With streaming platforms it is hard to keep track and movies just are not the same.
Usually, the movies that win are not good. They all vote for themselves, so it is kind of dumb. I mean, I loved Sandra Bullock, but did she deserve an Oscar for The Blind Side, or did they just say… Yeah she is due… Her other movies could have won an Oscar over that.
