Melt candy corn, white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk together in a sauce pan. Pour melted mixture into a square baking dish and let harden in fridge. Top with a milk chocolate drizzle. Fudge that tastes like a butterfinger. Yum!
