What is Woot’s exchange policy for sizing? Is free return shipping included?
Hi there. Woot provides a pre-paid label for returns as long as you don’t take advantage of their generosity.

I ordered one of these jackets and decided to check the Amazon reviews. One reviewer commented that it runs “huge”. I decided to order my usual size and am happy with it. It has enough room to accommodate a heavier mid layer. I will not have any problem zipping it up over a fleece pullover.
