Not to be Debbie Downer here, but I bought this during a WTF Pricing thing, and IT DID NOT WORK. AT ALL. Food didn’t even get mildly warm even after a few hours, and the metal inner pot remained so completely cool that I could remove it with my hands with absolutely no discomfort. For the price I paid, it wasn’t worth trying to return it, but I still carry the disappointment in my soul. Buy at your own risk.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS, not Woot.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Thank you for the suggestion, @NotMatty. I just went through the Customer Service form, but since my order was back in April, I’m long past the 30-day window for refunds. As I said, though, at the time I thought that it wouldn’t be worth returning it (it didn’t occur to me that I could get a refund or replacement without returning it, so that’s on me). But I do appreciate your reaching out.
