Buyer beware, my “new” unit arrived visibly used and scratched, missing parts (like the remote, manual, and part of the mounting kit) and moldy + rusty. Amazon RMA printout still sitting inside the torn box.
Yikes, that’s not good. Very sorry. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
I have, and I was told that Woot can’t/won’t replace the unit. I was offered a $30 partial refund to keep it (it’s gross and unusable, so no…) or they’ll send me a prepaid label to ship it back. I replied asking for the label several hours ago, so we’ll see when that happens. Now I get to figure out where and how to lug this thing to UPS or whoever, and how long the refund will take. I’m guessing I’m also out the shipping cost despite it being a material misrepresentation of the product I purchased. Something something “turning irate Wooters into ‘I love Woot’-ers” isn’t happening here, I’m done.
Ugh, sorry. This came from Amazon inventory and it looks like they put a return in their inventory. Let me check with customer service to see if there’s one available for replacement.
