Favorite sausage?
I’m Polish, so kielbasa. Throw in some perogies and red cabbage and we got a traditional family meal.

It’s real close for me…Andouille is first, but Chorizo and Bratwurst are very close seconds.
I believe that the Hot Dog is a sausage and far and away the most popular sausage in America.
That stuff is the best. Only wish I could get it around here.
Steak and Bacon Sausage.
mexican chorizo followed by linguica
Toona sausage. VEGAN and not tuna or sausage.
I prefer mine to be exploded in the box.

I like big bratwurst and I can not lie
So I guess I’m the only one who enjoys Italian sausage best. Imagine that, me being the odd one out. Hrmph. Who’d’ve thunk it?
That would be my second choice. And the spicier, the better…
Favorite sausage for snacking on-
A good Landjaeger! They come in spicy or not spicy.
So good for snacking or add to stuff like mac & cheese.
Really though, my favorite sausage is the one I’m about to eat.
My favorite is actually onion and pepper Italian sausage.
Now, you’re speaking my language, mio amico.

I used to bring it to my daughter in TX when I’d drive out there, but she can get it locally now. I think you can order it from their website.
