So with these one can cook up some high-brow literary stuff as well as whatever genre stuff I might like to make. That’s clear enough. But, how well do they work with comics or poetry or song lyrics?

I purchased this pan over a week ago from the manufacturer for less than their advertised price but more than the woot price. I baked a small whole turkey breast in it and it turned out great. It is light for its size and the square shape works well for me. I’d buy it here if I hadn’t already purchased it. The only difference from the item here and the one I purchased (which is the item in the link above) is that mine has the copper coating outside as well as inside.
The description says yes, these work on induction cooktops (and you can see the “induction plate” on the square model; it may be harder to distinguish on the round models because they, like the induction plate, are round)
The dimensions are listed as 4.5"x20.5"x9.5". Since it is a square pan, I assume that it is 9.5" square with a 11" handle and depth of 4.5". Does look larger in the infomercial and yet some reviewers say that it is smaller than expected. Size can be so subjective, but that is when you should whip out the tape measure.
As luck would have it, I just saw the infomercial for this pan last night on TV and was interested in buying it. But the reviews on Amazon were terrible with many pictures of the pan after using it a few times. Looks like a very cheap implementation of a good idea which will not last. People also report that the pan imparts a metallic taste to the food which sounds like a big problem. So I will continue to look for a better deep pan and not risk my money and health on this one. But when I watch the infomercial, I really want to buy one.
Here’s a link to the square pan website with the video.
Are you all nuts? You assume it is 9.5" square…or it is a square pan that is one dimension on two sides and another on the other two sides?! And it is 4.5" tall?! Please, please turn on the brain before making stupid comments. And, yes, there is such a thing as a stupid question! These posts are proof! Aaahhhh!
