Do not buy. First, they are USED. Description doesn’t say that. Second, the charging cable included is the WRONG ONE. It’s also a proprietary cable so you need their specific one. “Customer service” is MIA as usual. “Call Us” feature does not work and no email replies. Chargeback coming if I don’t get a refund

Yeah their phones are usually messed up. Make sure you allow at least 24 hours for an email response, check your spam folders, and they will email the address listed in your Woot account. If those things don’t work you could nicely ask @ThunderThighs if she can check with the team.
