Geopolitical climate… how about climate? Goldilocks has a huge carbon footprint. She is always using and trashing other people’s stuff. Pretty sure she bought an electric car to experience a lithium battery explosion. Let’s not forget the Amazon rubber forest she rampaged to make mattresses.

Actually, she was a recycler. She slept on used beds, sat on used chairs and ate uneaten porridge, whatever that is (I am guessing some Neo-â– â– â– â– food created to make the ultimate super bear. Therefore I am of the opinion that Goldilocks, a girl not old enough to drive, likely saved lives. And she was a job creator. She created work for the furniture maker, who is now using reclaimed wood. She created work for the organic mattress manufacturer in downtown Berkeley. And she created work for the hemp growers and weavers to make hemp undies. That little girl (I feel a tear welling up) is a darn hero!

I had the 18” WSM. Stopped eating meat a few years ago, so I just sold it a couple of months ago. Put it on OfferUp for $100 and right away had four people say they’d come immediately to buy it. I got it at an outlet store for $159 about 10 years ago, when at the time the Amazon price was $300. Those are the best bullet smokers.
Now, that Goldilocks comment deserves the Nicole Kidman clap for being absolutely “Ah-Mah-Zing”!

Commodities are usually physical items which can be bought and sold. As derivatives, trading usually leverages against RISK (supply chain problems are a big issue). Market forces suck.
African Swine Fever is picking up speed faster than a bat out of hell and inflation is making a mountain out of a molehill. I’m being lead down the garden path to buy the farm and put all of my eggs into the pork belly basket. Sure, every stick has two ends, but I firmly believe this will be the goose that lays the golden egg. As Chris P. Bacon recently announced, “Pigs will fly!”

First season and put in smoker at 275 for about 3.5 hours (internal temp 200). Remove and let rest for 10-15 minute and enjoy!
