Turkey tastes bad out of the oven and slides downhill very quickly. Italian food can be reheated for days!

Hm. What format is this?

Dried turkey jerky can be left out for weeks.
Cooked turkey can be left out for a day or two.
Cooked turkey can be refrigerated for about three weeks before you get slime, depending on how dry or seasoned the meat is.
Cooked turkey that has been processed and stripped (e.g. shredded) can last for twice that in the fridge if you pickle/brine it.

But according to the USDA, you should finish that up in 4 days.
