How to contact Customer Service?

I’ve tried contacting customer service about an issue. They responded over a week ago to do something and respond back. I’ve responded back and nothing. Numerous emails sent and no response back.

I’ve tried calling customer service, but despite calling during the hours listed, it always says the call center is closed. Does anyone know how to get through to someone?

I don’t mean to be that guy, but I did not receive any communication today or yesterday from anyone today and it’s been 48 hours. Sorry to keep bugging you ThunderThighs, but I feel you are the only employee actually working.

I’m sorry. I did ask for attention to it today but nobody responded to me. I’ll try again tomorrow with a bit more force.

I still haven’t received communication from anyone today? Can you tell me anything about what the issue is? Is there some reason that no one wants to reply back? It’s now been over 10 days with no response from the last email.

I finally get a response from someone, but it’s an initial email response. Just to clarify, this is my contact timeline.

Woot Timeline (Email)

5/2/2024 – Order placed.

5/6/2024 – Order #83849656 shipped via UPS. Tracking # provided

5/9/2024 – 12:50pm – UPS delivered Order

5/9/2024 - ~5:00pm – Arrived home, no package. Contacted Woot via email submission informing them I did not receive package and requesting refund or replacement.

5/11/2024 – 12:41am – Received email reply from Sai Surya K at Woot.com. Was instructed to wait and see if it gets delivered, and to contact Woot back after 5/12/2024 if it is not delivered and they would be happy to assist with replacement or refund.

5/12/2024 – 1:07am - Replied informing them the package still had not arrived and I would like a refund or replacement.

5/12/2024 – 8:05pm – Received email reply from Salman M. at Woot.com stating the package was delivered by UPS and that I need to file a claim with UPS and provide the claim number and he would issue a refund.

5/12/2024 – 9:34pm – Filed a claim with UPS. UPS did not provide a claim number and merely has it by the tracking number.

5/12/2024 – 9:42pm – Replied to Salman M. that I filed the claim with screenshots showing the claim filed and informed him UPS did not provide a claim number.

5/13/2023 – 10:41am – UPS closed claim showing package was delivered, still no claim # provided

5/13/2024 – 12:22pm – Replied to Salman M. that UPS closed the claim with no claim number provided and included a screenshot showing the claim closed.

5/15/2024 – 2:24pm – Replied to Salman M. requesting an update on the status of my refund? Informed again the UPS case was closed with no claim number. Have not received a reply from Salman M, since his initial email response on 5/12.

5/20/2024 – 11:42am – Replied to Salman M. again requesting a status update. Have received no response.

5/25/2024. – 03:38am – Received an email from Sai Surya K instructing me to file a claim with UPS and to “Do not worry we’ve got you covered. We are there for our valuable customers”

Woot Timeline (Phone)

Numerous attempts to contact Woot by phone. All phone attempts get met with a recording claiming the call center is currently closed and only open between the hours of 8-5, M-F despite calling during those hours.

I’ve also filed a police report in case its needed.

Is there going to be any resolution to this?
