"So we went to Atari and said, ‘Hey, we’ve got this amazing thing, even built with some of your parts, and what do you think about funding us? Or we’ll give it to you. We just want to do it. Pay our salary, we’ll come work for you.’ And they said, ‘No.’ So then we went to Hewlett-Packard, and they said, ‘Hey, we don’t need you. You haven’t got through college yet.’

–Apple Computer Inc. founder the late Steve Jobs on attempts to get Atari and HP interested in his and Steve Wozniak’s personal computer.

and now their computer division is dissolving…

#17

WHY are they all AMD processors?

#18

Ithink I want one. but I am unemployed and broke. should I still buy one?

#19

Would be a decent budget gaming build if you upgraded from ATI Radeon 4200 (2943MB shared). Hm. Doing some quick mental math, though, having to upgrade that kills the deal, I think.

I bought one of these several Woots ago and I’m using it now. Super computer and what a fantastic value!
